Beautiful waterfront property in Door County over looking the bay of Green Bay. Perfectly located on Bay Shore Drive 10 minutes north of Sturgeon Bay and 15 minutes south of Egg Harbor. This newly built, upper unit has a private entrance, 2 queen size beds and fold-up cot, full kitchen, full bathroom with a private toilet room and a full living room with balcony that overlooks Little Harbor for some of the most amazing sunsets in Door County. Enjoy your morning coffee from your private deck, watching the boats and our 3 Small Cavapoos and Chickens play in the yard:) We also have ***High Speed WiFi with Netflix and Live Stream Capabilities, also 4 - 1 person kayaks and a full size Old Town Canoe for use anytime during you stay! We have a nice variety of life jackets and water shoes also for use:). We look forward to meeting you!

Property was beautiful and clean with access to dock and Lake Michigan. Very quiet and relaxing after days of visiting Door County. Definitely recommend.

Lakeview Relaxation
We enjoyed our stay! Great location—it was nice to sit on the patio or couch and look out at the pretty view of the lake. Close to a dock in Sturgeon Bay to catch the sunset. Very clean. Nice quality towels, cabinets stocked for cooking and grilling, folding chairs we were able to use lakeside and to catch some live music. Door County magazine & guides to read about local things to do. Outdoor amenities are shared with the friendly owners and dogs. The keypad entry was nice so we didn’t have to keep track of a key.

Relax at this property

I have stayed with my family at this property and it was really good experience. The property was clean and as mentioned in the photos. The area is really peaceful and quiet. Owners are friendly and helped us on the places to visit in door county. I would recommend this place for family trip.

Wonderful stay
The property is beautiful with a fun little playground that our 3 year old couldn't get enough of. The sunsets were beautiful and it was a nice secluded quiet area. Adam and Jen are great hosts. They were friendly and accommodating and even gave us fresh eggs from their chickens out back. Would definitely come back in the future.

Beautiful Quiet and Peaceful Property
We loved our trip to Door County. This was a great place to stay, very clean and spacious property. Plenty of kitchen space for cooking a few of our own meals and all the cooking utensils we needed. Beautiful views off the deck! Adam and Jen are wonderful hosts, even so kind as to let our daughter hand feed their beautiful chickens. Highly recommend!

This was such a wonderful vacation spot. So beautiful…so welcoming…and SO clean! Peaceful and relaxing ~ with an amazing view! My New Favorite Place
Traveled from Arkansas for vacation with my husband and teen daughter. The weather was fabulous. The view from the deck was amazing. The apartment has everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend traveling to Sturgeon Bay and staying with Adam. Will definitely stay again!!!!

Wonderful condo on the water
Wonderful condo on the water! This is a great property. A relatively short drive to both downtown Sturgeon Bay and downtown egg Harbor. Condo is nicely furnished. Wonderful waterfront location and even an outdoor deck with a grill. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will almost certainly be back.

Door County Getaway
Every detail in this newly built VRBO unit is high quality and well planned. Clean, modern, spacious and perfectly equipped, we enjoyed all aspects of our stay. Watch the sunset from your patio, sleep in a super comfortable bed and luxuriate in the thick towels they provided. Kitchen had everything we needed too. We highly recommend staying here and will be back.
