This recently renovated two bedroom one bath apartment with fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place for 4 people to relax and take in the view of the Bay after a day of hiking, touring and shopping, just minutes away. Eagle View is right on the water and only a block from Otumba park and beach. The bay views include Bay Shipbuilding where you can see large ships coming and going to dock, the famous Steel Bridge, and the marina provides interesting scenery. Restaurants and entertainment in Sturgeon Bay are a quick bike ride or a leisurely walk away. There is outdoor space to relax and enjoy the views. In Spring, Summer and Fall, stroll down the driveway and hang out on the patio where there is a table and chairs and bench to relax and take in the view along the shoreline. The property is situated on the Ice Age Trail and the driveway path to the waterfront is on a hill. In terms of accessibility to the Suite, guests will need to climb 12 stairs to Eagle View's entrance. During the winter months, the driveway down to the waterfront is not passable if there is snow or ice. Eagle View Suite is available year-round, and has the modern appointments you'd expect to find in a high-end apartment including: completely remodeled kitchen and appliances with dishwasher. Sleeping arrangements include a Queen-sized bed and Full-sized bed in two private bedrooms and a pull-out Full-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen even has a view of the water, and everything you need to make a special meal is available... but it's tough to beat the variety of restaurant cuisine in town. There is a 40" flatscreen television equipped with a streaming device, remember to bring your streaming account passwords. The taxes are: 8% Door County Room Tax and 5.5% State of Wisconsin Sales Tax which are added into the final price.
