Spacious Apartment in Stumm-formerly TUI Ferienhaus

A vacation of a lifetime in a holiday village awaits you in this 3-bedroom apartment. It is located in Stumm and comes with central heating and balcony and is ideal for a group of 6 people or families with children to enjoy a pleasant stay.

There is lot to enjoy and explore here. The Aufenfeld swimming pool at 2 km is ideal for swim during the summer. You can relax at the Erlebnistherme with thermal baths and indoor pool at 7 km. Hochzillertal skiing area is only 3 km away and is any ski lovers dream spot. There are good restaurants at 300 m and a pizzeria at 100 m to treat your taste buds. Supermarket is at 2 km to meet your shopping needs.

The apartment is generously furnished and has a central heating and cosy living room with TV to keep you comfortable. There is a cot for the kids to feel at home. You can spend the evenings enjoying the view from the balcony sipping a glass of wine. Safe parking is also arranged.

You can find the train station nearby at 500 m.

Het is de tweede maal dat wij deze vakantiewoning hebben geboekt. De woning ligt in een rustig dorp. De ontvangst van de eigenaresse was hartelijk en we hebben leuk contact gehad. De bakker (een aanrader) en supermarkt zijn in 5 à 10 minuten te bereiken. De woning heeft een ruime keuken, die over alle faciliteiten beschikt met daarnaast een ruime aparte woonkamer. Aan drie zijden van de woning is er een balkon, waar je heerlijk van je af kunt kijken. De hele verdieping hebt je ter beschikking en het is een mooie uitvalsbasis om het Zillertal ter verkennen.

De ontvangst was hartelijk ondanks dat wij zeer vroeg aanwezig waren. De kamers waren nog niet gereed maar we konden al snel intrekken lang voor de afgesproken tijd. Alles was zeer schoon en mevrouw was heel vriendelijk. De kamers waren op de eerste verdieping, mooi en ruim zoals de foto's op de web-site lieten zien. Bij de meeste kamers was een balkon. De ruime eetkeuken was prima en was voorzien van alles behalve een broodrooster. De badkamer had een ruime douche en daar stond de wasmachine. Er waren voldoende hand- en theedoeken. echter geen vaatdoekjes, afwasborsteltje of een sponsje. De kamers waren mooi ingericht met mooie gezellige artikelen als schilderijtjes kunstwerkjes, kleedjes enz. Er was voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor de deur en mevrouw vroeg regelmatig of alles naar wens was. De bedden waren ruim en we hebben goed kunnen slapen. De verhouding tussen de prijs en het geboden appartement was goed. We waren zeer tevreden over ons verblijf en vinden het een echte aanrader.

Het vakantiehuis in Stumm is uitstekend voor ons verblijf in de Oostenrijkse bergen in de zomer. Het is zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Ruime woonkamer met comfortabel meubilair. Prima sanitair met een ruime hoeveelheid handdoeken. De keuken is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De bedden zijn goed. We zijn gastvrij ontvangen en de gastvrouw staat klaar om te helpen als dat nodig is Stumm ligt redelijk centraal als je in de bergen wilt wandelen. Het vakantiehuis is zeker een aanrader,!

Vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaresse die ons het appartement liet zien, en een en ander uitlegde. Appartement is heerlijk. Ruim, gezellig en compleet ingericht, groot zonnig balkon met mooi uitzicht. Rustige ligging. Centrum Stumm 20-25 minuten lopen, aldaar zwembad, bakker, supermarkt, restaurants. In het Zillertal is veel te doen, kabelbanen, natuur, sportief ed. Alles op 5-15 autominuten.

Fehlschlag
Leider war unser Aufenthalt wegen Reisebeschränkungen nicht möglich. Die von uns angestrebte eitliche Verschiebung des Aufenthaltes war aufgrund der Unfähigkeitkeit von Fewo-direkt und belvilla nicht möglich, obwohl Vermieterin und Mieter sich einig waren. Ein unmögliches Verhalten!

Hohes Niveau mit kleinsten Makeln
Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit umlaufenden Balkon in guter Lage (nach Kaltenbach braucht es mit rem Auto 5min und mit dem Skibus 10min) Wohnung entspricht dem Inserat, lediglich die Kaffeemaschine ist eine normale Filtermaschine (im Inserat ist eine mit Pads beschrieben). Abgesehen von einer Knoblauchpresse und etwas zum Schärfen der stumpfen Messer lässt die Küchenausstattung keine Wünsche offen.

Tolle Fewo
Wir waren mit unseren 3 KJindern in der Fewo. Wir sind ganz toll empfangen worden. Schlüsselübergabe und die anderen Dinge liefen reibungslos. Die Wohnunh ist sauber und sehr geräumig. Der Standort ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge oder Wanderungen. Innerorts gibt es alles was man so alltäglich benötigt. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an die Vermieterin, sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

Die Ferienwohnung erfüllte im vollem Umfang unsere Erwartungen. Wir dürften einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub geniessen. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir danken der Gastgeberfamilie und freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Urlaub in ihrem Hause.

Tijdens de krokusvakantie samen met de familie verbleven in appartement Gruber. Dit was een topvakantie. Appartement Gruber is een top appartement groot, 3 slaapkamers, een aparte zithoek, een grote keuken voorzien van alle voorzieningen, een wasmachine in de badkamer....Een zeer leuke, attente gastvrouw. Tip iets van gordijn voozien aan douche, ophangrekje in douche om douchegel ed in te plaatsen.

Ruim appartement tussen Kaltenbach en Zell am Ziller in, uitstekend voor onze wintersport, waarbij we naar meerdere gebieden zijn geweest. Schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Gescheiden zitkamer en eetkeuken, daardoor veel ruimte voor iedereen. Vriendelijke, behulpzame eigenaresse. Voor brood moet je wel een kilometer of 3 rijden, maar schijnt op bestelling ook gebracht te kunnen worden.
