A super cosy flat in Stuhlfelden not far from the Mittersill ski lift! On the sunny balcony with plenty of space, you will effortlessly enjoy your cup of coffee at any time of the day. In the evening, get together in the cosy living room for a game night or a tasty home-cooked meal. Quality time guaranteed!

The Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen is approx. 10 minutes by car from the flat. From here you can enjoy one of the biggest skiing areas in Austria which is world famous for the annual Hahnenkamm Race.
It takes you approximately 20 minutes by car to the longest illuminated toboggan run of the world in Bramberg, which promises fun for the entire family!
Another great option is the Kitzseinhorn glacier at 3,000 metres, an outstanding mountain experience that moves and inspires people 365 days a year. And the best part? The Kitzsteinhorn ski area can be reached in a maximum of 30 minutes by car!
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Die Kopfkissen sollten unbedingt gegen qualitativ hochwertigere ausgetauscht werden. (Waren unbequem, da klumpig). Die Sitzpolster für die beiden Stühle auf dem Balkon sind ebenfalls sehr verschlissen. bei einem Exemplar ist die Sitzfläche klumpig. Die Sitzfläche des Rattansofas auf dem Balkon ist defekt. (Anders als auf den Fotos, die man bei VfY sieht) Im Kühlschrank war immer viel Kondenswasser in den unteren Schubladen. Der Abfluss im Waschbecken des Bades läuft sehr schlecht ab. Wenn schon eien Uhr da ist, sollte sie auch funktionieren, genau wie das kleine Radio im Bad. Die Scharniere der Spülmaschinentür sind verrostet, was aber im Laufe der Zeit einfach passiert. Die Formulierung in der Objektbeschreibung:" Abends treffen Sie sich im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer... " trifft nicht zu, da es kein Wohnsimmer, sondern eine Wohnküche gibt. Parkmöglichkeiten und Umgebung sind top. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Zu den ersten Skiliften (Panoramabahn und Resteehöhe) sind es ca. 12-15min. Bis nach Kitzbühel (Hahnkammbahn) sind es ca. 30min. Die Fahrtdauer hält sich in Grenzen.
