Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem sehr kompletten und sauberen Haus mit sehr gastfreundlichen Besitzern, die im Erdgeschoss wohnen. Bei der Ankunft standen Obst und eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung bereit. Sie waren immer für uns mit Fragen und Tipps da. Das Haus verfügt über 3 sehr geräumige Schlafzimmer, was ideal mit 3 Kindern war, von denen das älteste von 16 ein eigenes Zimmer hatte. Auch einfach zu buchen, wenn Sie mit 3 Paaren in den Urlaub fahren möchten. Es gibt 2 Toiletten und 2 Duschen. Wunderschöne Aussicht und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unterhaltsame und schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Sehr tolle und vorallem saubere Ferienwohnung in der auch unser Hund herzlich Willkommen war und es uns an nichts fehlte! Die Vermieter sind super nett und wir konnten Sie stets alles fragen was wir wissen wollten. Auch der tägliche Brötchenservice hat super geklappt und wir hatten einen rundum erholsamen Urlaub. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter und kommen selbst bestimmt wieder!

Excellent! Our hosts were very, very kind and we could really feel that they did their outmost to make our stay comfortable. We had the 1st floor and it was very clean and cozy. The balcony covered with flowers and with mountain view was beautiful. The location was great - close to many Nature experiences and shopping. It was all we could wish for. I’ll recomend this accomodation to everyone.

Locatie is goed, op wandelafstand naar eventuele supermarkten. Centraal gelegen om enerzijds richting Zell am See/Kaprun te gaan, anderzijds richting Kitzbuhel.

Zeer goed onderhouden appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. 3 ruime slaaplamers met 2 persoonsbedden. Compleet uitgeruste keuken (vaatwasser, oven, koelkast, vriezer etc). Woon/eetkamer met tafel voor 6 personen. 2 toilletten, 2 (krappe) douches en 1 bad. Vriendelijke betrokken eigenaren die onder het appartement wonen. 's Avond konden we soort en aantal broodjes doorgeven en de volgende ochtend hingen ze aan de deur! Ze gaven goede tips voor dagtochten in de omgeving.

Het vakantiehuis is in een woord geweldig. Zo compleet, zo netjes en zuiver. In 15 jaar Belvilla hebben we nog nooit zo n net verzorgd en compleet huis gehad. De eigenaar en eigenaresse doen er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken, zonder zich op te dringen. De omgeving bied alles wat je van Oostenrijk mag verwachten. Rust. Wandelen. Sporten. Geweldige natuur. Kortom van ons een dikke 10+

Top verblijf in top appartement... Gunstige ligging voor tal van activiteiten en wandelingen. Appartement is gezellig ingericht, zeer proper, heel ruim, geweldig uitzicht in de woonkamer/de kamers en op het terras. Alles wat je moet hebben is er aanwezig. De familie Gandler woont beneden... Het is echt uniek hoe hartverwarmend ze met hun gasten omgaan... Niets is hen teveel. We werden door hen op handen gedragen: 's morgens verse broodjes van de bakker, altijd een goede morgen,' s avonds altijd veel interesse hoe onze dag was, ze staan steeds klaar met de glimlach voor tips en je bent steeds welkom. Kortom gezelligheid ten top in het mooie appartement Sonnenschein en dit allemaal dankzij de familie Gandler. Een aanrader, wij gaan zeker terug!

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de huiseigenaar met koffie. Heerlijk na een lange reis. Na de kennismaking kregen we een rondleiding door het appartement. Het appartement was ruim en compleet ingericht. We hebben een mooie week gehad, De persoonlijke broodjesservice werd op prijs gesteld. De omgeving biedt voldoende mogelijkheden voor mooie wandeltochten en uitstapjes.
