"This hotel was perfect for our stay in Bern. Very convenient for walking to all of the sites and museums we wanted to see. Parking at Metro was convenient and undercover. The area had had a deluge of snow before our arrival so any street parking was not possible. I would suggest booking dinner in advance as is was quite difficult getting in at the better restaurants in the area"

"As an American who has been to Europe 230 times, I know hotels. The Ibis styles was great. Five-minute tram ride from the main railway station, spotless rooms, friendly staff, and an absolutely great buffet breakfast, easily rivalling what you get in a 4-star hotel. Brilliant!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was really nice. The room was comfortable, and we got complimentary items from the minibar the whole stay. I don’t know if that’s standard, but we enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious! They have a really nice buffet. It’s not cheap, but it was really good. We were told restaurant is closed on the weekends, which was surprising. The location is really convenient. There is a bus and tram stop right outside, which makes it easy to get anywhere, and you get a code from the front desk that lets you ride the buses and trams in Bern for free through the Bern Welcome app. The convention center and arena are across the street, so if you are going to an event there, it’s a great spot at which to stay. It wasn’t that long of a bus/train ride from the train station in Bern, either. I definitely would stay here again!"
