"We loved this hotel! It had apparently had a huge refurb about 2 years ago. It was decorated beautifully with quality, well placed items of furniture. The staff were super friendly and efficient. We ate in the restaurant and again the staff were great. The food was delicious. Breakfast was just as good. Parking was easy. I would whole heartedly recommend this place. "

"We booked again because our last stay was so lovely, but this time the service was no way as good, especially service in the bar area @ the tables, 3/4 different staff taking order/serving/billing, forgetting items, the hot breakfast wasnt hot, we could hear everyone above us in the room, plus we could hear the kitchen staff & everyone who came into reception. We went away to recharge but it was stressful. "
