"This hotel was incredibly comfortable. It is in the heart of the inner city, just a few paces from the Cathedral, and is very quiet. Rooms, breakfast, decor very nice. My flight was very delayed so I arrived not long before midnight but when I emailed from Frankfurt the staff were super helpful, and made arrangements so I could let myself in however late I arrived. Very nice welcome. Highly recommended"

"I absolutely loved that it was walking distance to town . The property inside was beautiful every room was unique in its own way . The sauna and red light room was so relaxing especially after a long walk in the winter month . Breakfasts in the morning was fresh they made sure that we were all done before they closed the buffet . Fresh food was served when we came . Couldn’t ask for a better in this city."

Marcella took us to our room to check it was ready and the outstanding service continued. we were treated like family and that is the atmosphere created. The spa area was out of this world and would compete with any luxury resort. Tristan’s local knowledge and advice on where to eat and how to get around on the tram were so helpful.
