This comfortable home is located on a quiet, dead-end street in a pleasant, friendly neighborhood with lots of privacy. There is a boat launch and park at the end of the street as well as two other parks in the neighborhood. Maggy's Hammock is a lovely wooded park with a playground that provides shaded walking paths for warmer days and Twin Rivers Park is a larger park running along the water's edge with benches, shade trees, boardwalks, picnic tables, and open lawns for recreation. Both are pet-friendly and excellent for those with families or singles/couples who like to spend time outdoors. We always enjoyed watching the wildlife, including tortoises, lizards, and a wide variety of birds as we strolled. The neighborhood is close to restaurants and shopping areas, but tucked away on a point between rivers, so that it's private and quiet, without any through traffic. The house is spacious and open with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen-dining-living room, a full laundry room, and a garage. The home has been recently renovated, so everything is clean, updated, and attractive. There is a very large screened room off the back of the house with triple sliding glass doors opening onto it, allowing the living space to extend into the patio for grilling and entertaining. While we were there, we had a pair of cardinals, a couple of rabbits, a few squirrels, and a wide variety of other birds visiting the back yard. Sally is a gracious and friendly host who made sure all of our needs were met during our stay. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.
