The baby crib we requested was already in place when arrived. The miscommunication was the need to pay town tourism tax in cash to the agent at the adjacent building. Die Lage war auch super, wir waren nach 2 Minuten Fußweg am Strand. Leider ist es sprachlich etwas schwierig. Die meisten verstehen kaum Englisch, mal hat man Glück und jemand spricht Deutsch. "It was the worst check-in ever. There was such loud noise from kids playing some kind of racket ball game in the basement that I could hardly hear the check-in person. She was the most disrespectful, rude and unhelpful person!!! I almost left to go somewhere else. I think her name was Beata. Our room was not set up for three people but a very kind and helpful person on the evening shift helped and we got it straightened out. This was our worst experience so far on this trip. The parking situation was also very weird. Not good!!!!!"
