Terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 29 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 60 m. Walking paths from the house 100 m.

Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating, floor heating.
