"My family and I have been staying at The Cottage on Big Tree Road for Christmas since 2019. The property is very comfortable, roomy, nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. Everything is well maintained, and every year we notice a few improvements. The owners, Jeni and Jason, are very pleasant, helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend this cottage."

"Nice place in a good location for us. We stayed over New Years Eve, and it was very cozy even though it was cold out. Big enough for family to stop by for the evening and spend some time. Quick drive to Letchworth to hike. Instant hot water heater is nice for showering. Electric blankets on the bed we loved also. "I would definitely stay here again. Kelley was excellent at communicating with me and answering any questions. The house was clean and decorated very cute! They even had up a Christmas tree and decorations at Thanksgiving! Kitchen was stocked well. Beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient to so many places. It was the perfect location for us. There is a train track across the street just as an FYI. We will definitely look for this home when we need one in Buffalo again! Thanks...
