"This place checked all the boxes for a college friend reunion. Location was very central to UW and downtown. very clean, and quaint. There are a lot of stairs to get to this apartment, so if you have knee, hip or issues with stairs, this is not a good fit for you. But this was a perfect place to stay and very clean and cute. Communication was great!"

Overall very satisfied with our stay. The address on the VRBO listing was incorrect . We arrived at the wrong location initially and had to contact property manager and he promptly replied with the correct address. "

"The property was very spacious and homey. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. Loved the nice dining room table. It was great for family game night. I didn't realize that this particular property was upstairs, but we were nice and cozy with beautiful views of this historic neighborhood. It was nice to hear the church bells chime from the local Catholic Church. Loved the location, close to the river. We enjoyed a beautiful walk across the river and downtown with a little bit of snow....

The two bedrooms are on the second floor, up two sets of stairs. This might be a challenge for anyone with a heavy suitcase or physical limitations. Big, well lit bedrooms. Nice bathroom. "Great private location with amazing views from the deck/hot tub. The owners went far out of their way to make it special, including fresh flowers, chocolates and a special gift. They’re also very responsive. Beautifully decorated and very clean, easy departure. Please note that the 4th bedroom is basically the entire basement (no walls/doors), not an issue for us but might be for some. Overall, the best rental experience we’ve had. Thank you!"
