Supposedly, our room at the Central Plaza had a plumbing issue that was not resolved. We refused the new rooms and asked to cancel our reservation but they would not refund us. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the historical centre. The only downside that we were at the second floor and there is no lift. A big plus Massimo's father runs the shop next door to the apartments and he is there from very early in the morning till late in the evening. "

"Vittoria Luxury House was very clean and well presented. We were kindly welcomed on arrival and the host shared some great recommendations for lecce. However, it is located on a main road and is not very easy to find as there is a lack of signage. Additionally there is little parking nearby (closest car park was the train station which was €25 for 24hrs and a 20 minute walk away). Although, the host was available on the phone to help guide us. "The room had mold and mildew growing along the doors and in the bathroom. This is a health concern as I am an asthmatic. Additionally, this is not a Bed and Breakfast in the traditional sense. It is an apartment that is managed offsite (it feels as though one apartment has been remodeled into 3 separate bedrooms with one having a kitchenette).
