"Have stayed in this hotel several times and am never disappointed. The hotel is in an excellent location and is always very clean. I also appreciate how close it is for walking into the town. I would like to mention that the staff were once again very friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. I plan to go back to Oban soon and I know this will be the hotel I use again next time."

"The property is in very good decorative condition with lovely seating areas. Service was excellent and the staff very welcoming and friendly. Food was good but I would have liked a simpler choice on the menu for times when you don't want a heavy type of meal. "

"I was initially a bit worried about noise from the very busy road outside, but the double glazing was excellent and I never heard any traffic at all. My single room was clean, comfortable, well equipped and had an excellent shower in the ensuite. My only slight niggle was the lack of BBC1 and BBC2 on the TV (despite me reinstalling the channels). However, what makes this B&B stand out is Morven, the landlady. She couldn't do enough for me when my car broke down and is an absolute star. She is friendly and welcoming but not intrusive. I will be back!"
