Great place, great spa 🙌
The surroundings are beautiful, the food is tasty and the spa is amazing..!)) with 5 different saunas and resting areas and more… Service is very friendly as well ) If i would need to find something to complain about, it would be absence of hair conditioner in the bathroom

Super Unterkunft! Tolle Lage, klasse Spabereich. Personal teilweise etwas unerfahren und unaufmerksam. (Vergessen von Vorspeise, Gast hat kein Getränk mehr während des Abenessen etc. Können aber auch Einzelfälle gewesen sein.

Sehr freundliches und serviceorientiertes Personal. Das Interieur des Hotels ist sehr stimmig und stilvoll, das Frühstück vielseitig und reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Der SPA-Bereich ist großzügig und es gibt ausreichend Ruheplätze. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Es war einfach traumhaft schön. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr schmackhafte Abendbüffet mit dem erstklassigen Winzersekt. Am Frühstücksbüffet gefiel uns sehr gut die Kennzeichnung des 5 Minuten und 8 Minuten Ei Ausserdem war es für uns aussergewöhnlich das man an der Rezeption mit Begleitschreiben ein Medikament Ibu 400 ausgehändigt bekam . Das haben wir noch nicht erlebt und finden das als besondere Serviceleistung

Excellent hotel, with a beautiful Spa/Welness facility. We had a room on the south side of the building, apparently without airco. That was not that convenient, however both windows could be opened full! We had 2 nights with dinner in buffet style, that is certainly not something we will take again, the first evening the service was ok, but the second evening, the plates of the first dish where still on the table and it was difficult to order a drink. The food was ok, but certainly not value for money. The breakfast is excellent, good variety and perfect services.
