Ideal holiday home to relax and enjoy the view of the various landscapes, colors and scents that surround the village.
Nice apartment located in a hilly area above Stresa, in Someraro, with breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore and the respective Borromean Islands, easily reachable by car as it is 10 minutes from the center of Stresa.
The apartment is divided into two levels, carefully furnished and renovated in August 2019, accommodating up to 7 people.
On the first floor, you have direct access to the bright living room with lake view and Borromean islands composed of a sofa bed with TV set, kitchenette with dining table. In the living room there is a single convertible double bed. Service bathroom.
From the living room you will have access to the furnished terrace, the view is magnificent, breathtaking!
Going down to the ground floor via spiral staircases you will find the two bedrooms, one double and the other with a single bed convertible into a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
Stresa is a wonderful place for a family vacation or groups of friends who want to enjoy lakeside walks, enjoy breathtaking views and experience the sweet Italian life.
Lake Maggiore is a splendid place with its Borromean islands (Isola Bella, Isola Madre, Isola Pescatori) with enchanting palaces and gardens. Villa Pallavicino is a place suitable for children but also for adults who love being in contact with animals. For mountain lovers there is the possibility of arriving at the top of the Mottarone with a cable car ride from where you can admire 7 lakes.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. La vue sur le lac est magnifique. Petit bémol, le garage n’est pas prévu pour les grandes voitures, les manœuvres sont délicates.

Our stay in Stresa
Amazing view on lake. Nice flat and terrace. About 10min from the city, located on the hill. Lots of things to discover around including the islands on the lake. Some issue with the tub but it has been improved during our stay.

Die Lage ist wunderschön und der Ausblick phänomenal. Leider muss ich bei der Gesamtbewetung 2 Sterne abziehen, da es keine Info über die enge Wendeltreppe zu den Schlafzimmern gegeben hat. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon sind alt und teiweise kaputt. Viel zu wenig Gläser vorhanden und kein Deutsches Fernsehen. Die vielen Treppen zu der Unterkunft wurden auch nicht erwähnt. Ansonsten muss man sagen, dass alles wunderbar geklappt hat und es sehr sauber war. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist sehr schön eingerichtet, dafür ein Lob.

Die Wohnung darf meiner Meinung nach nicht in die Vermietung. Der Zustand des gesamten Objektes und der Wohnung ist sehr schlecht. Es müsste eine grundlegende Renovierung erfolgen. Alles ist in einem sehr abgewohnten Zustand. Die Küche ist eine Katastrophe. Kein warmes Wasser, ein paar zusammengewürfelte Gläser und die Schränke kaputt. Die Wände im Schlafzimmer und im unteren Badezimmer waren extrem schimmelbefallen. Zudem ist die Wohnung nur über sehr viele Stufen und eine zugewachsene Treppe zu erreichen. Dies muss definitiv bei der Beschreibung erwähnt werden. Wenn man nicht wirklich sportlich ist, ist die Buchung alleine deshalb schon ausgeschlossen. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon sind kaputt und wirklich unbrauchbar. Einzig die Putzfrau hat gute Arbeit gemacht, was aber nicht den Zustand der Wohnung kaschieren kann.

Séjour très agréable
Belle vue sur le lac avec un calme absolu. Un appartement très fonctionnel et très propre , grande terrasse avec un petit bémol il manque un parasol . Séjour très appréciable.
