"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . All the bugs in the valley end entering through the open window. Breakfast is greasy and don’t expect any one to smile at you. Definitely , not worth the...

"The owners were very friendly, and helped with everything we asked. The place is a bit old, and it's out in the countryside so there were flies, little spiders etc. So this is not a place for luxury. However the most important technology for us was quite modern (WiFi, TV, microwave...), and there were many nice extra things (toaster, space heater in case we were a bit cold, lots of space...)"

"Great hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Communication at the hotel wasn’t always the best - we got little to no information about the spa, far example. Restaurant has limited hours bur staff were great and food was excellent."
