"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . "The bungalow was spacious, but slightly dated, as shown in the advert pictures. The shower was good. The bedroom was quite cramped but sufficient. TV is modern, fridge works well. Very easy and friendly check in. Fantastic Finnish sauna and steam room. Easy parking right next to bungalows. Great location for accessing the trails or ski slopes. Excellent breakfast. Overall perfect for an active holiday!"
