If you have ever considered getting your own lake place then stay here to test the waters (no pun intended) - Very nice and comfortable house with a great view and water access. We needed a place to stay near the lake and this definitely exceeded our expectations!!"

"This property is not for everyone. The main reason I say that is due to the layout. There are two very large bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs. The kingsize beds are very comfortable. The stairway to the second floor is extremely steep with stairs that are very shallow. There is a warning sign at the base of the stairs asking folks to use the railing. It wold appear that most folks do because the railing is getting loose at the top of the stairs. What adds risk is that fact that the stair...

"We had never been to Palo Pinto before and had no idea how beautiful it was! Huge rocks, hills all around the lake. The tiny house was so cute and had almost everything you could want. And that dock and little house on the water. WOW! We will definitely be back when it's a bit cooler."

"Oh my goodness, I cannot say enough positive feedback on our stay. The cabins were very clean and had everything we needed. It was great to have a place for our family and kids to get together. We were able to explore the property that had great views. Even had some visits from the resident cows which the kids loved. It was so wonderful to sit in the breezeway and enjoy meals together.
