The apartment is on the ground floor of the house and is always bright due to the floor-to-ceiling windows and also has a sunny terrace and parking space. We offer 2 apartments that are right next to each other and can be booked independently.
The 2-room apartment No. 1 has a bedroom and living room with oak floors, floor heatingand a separate, fully equipped brand new kitchen and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The complete equipment of the apartment has been deliberately chosen to be very high quality. It has a DELUXE KING size box spring bed (180cm x 200cm) in hotel quality, a smart TV with Netflix, fiber optic wifi and many other amenities.

In Tonis by Wenisch around the corner, the restaurant with a special touch, the Greek tavern Yiassas or the Pizzeria Calabria - you will find good restaurants in the neighborhood. If you prefer to order from the couch, there is a wide range to choose from on the Antoniusberg.
NATURE:
From the Antoniusberg you can quickly reach the Eglseer Moos, a long stretch through the countryside. In Straubing it is particularly nice to relax on the city beach and at the Moosmühle in summer.
