There are only 4 rooms, and no desk or staff on site, but we called the number with questions and a real person answered and was very helpful. Staff at Conifers lovely and go that extra mile to help. Sorted out a taxi for us when we needed one urgently and got them to prioritise us. They were great. They also do breakfast. "A practical option for travellers with a bus stop 30 seconds from the front door into central Oxford. Very friendly hosts who were always willing to help - for instance, offering us parking vouchers for next-door Lonsdale Road where I parked for two days. "

"The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...
