"8 retirees enjoying a getaway for biking and golfing. Good central location. The cottage is spacious and has good ambience. Though, Cupboards and stairway to loft were quite squeaky. The basement was musty if the heater wasn’t on. The bathroom supplies were sparse- only starter provided. Overall, good value for the price. "

"This house is really wonderful. It has this beautiful old-school design that is very charming and very peaceful. It seems to be very PEI. A few quick things to know: – the house is right off a busy-ish local highway. So care should be exercised with kids and if planning to go on bike rides. – there didn't seem to be a grill or fireplace outside, which one could say are summer vacation necessities. "We stayed here for a week and used the house as our hub for touring PEI. Everything about our stay was top notch. We found the house exactly as advertised. The view was wonderful from predawn glimpses of lobster boats to gorgeous sunrises. The amenities included everything we needed. A smoke detector battery ran low and that was addressed immediately. Communication withNatalie was great! Highly recommended!!"
