"The night desk clerk was very friendly and came right away when I picked up the host phone. The day lady that I had the next morning was not very polite and didn't even come to the desk when I picked up the host phone, she asked what I needed (which was shampoo) and told me it was in the vending machine. The place was clean and comfortable but echo'd a lot, you could hear every door close, footsteps, talking in the hallways and other rooms, and a very large dog barking every time someone went...
