"We loved our stay at the cabin. The owner was super helpful and promptly responded to any questions or requests. The location is great, a very natural and peaceful setting and as a bonus there is a bar/ restaurant just a short walk away. "

"Unique property. 3rd floor of old stone mill on the stream going through Little Falls turned into bed and breakfast type facility. Rooms are big and nicely done with modern bathroom fixtures, comfortable bed. Sounds travel in the building so pretty easy to hear neighboring conversations. Self-serve breakfast was great as they kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed being able to look out the window at the stream behind the building at the wintering ducks. Enjoyed out stay."

"Winter weather was out in full force so I opted to turn in early and get off the road. Travel today was better only because it was done in daylight. @redroofinn in Herkimer was a pleasant surprise! Clean, modern and comfortable ❤️ and a Denny’s too!"

"A perfect, quaint and cozy pit stop with our furbabies for our long trip to Vermont in February. Beautiful and fun location with ease of check in and check out. Definitely a go to for ourselves when we travel up this way and will highly recommend for friends and family as well. "

"Our family stayed in this nice home during a very cold week in Fort Plain (-3 outside). The house looked to be recently remodeled, was very clean, and had very modern amenities and appliances. The furnace/radiator struggled to keep the first floor warm without space heaters, but the upstairs sleeping quarters were very comfortable with the heating system running and the space heaters provided by the host. They were very quick to respond to the temperature issues, so we slept well during our stay. We were out of the house most of the day visiting family, so the first floor temperature issues had minimal impact to us. Very easy to go in and out of town from the location. During our next visit, if the house is open, we would likely consider staying there again because of how much the host worked with us to make our stay as comfortable as possible."

"We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. Coffee, creamer, sugar, and bottled water were a nice surprise. The apartment was walking distance to family, making it the perfect location for our long holiday weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. There was definitely plenty of space to spread out and relax. I will definitely stay again!"
