The staff was super friendly and was able to answer all questions. Breakfast was good but a little overpriced doe the options they have. The room was clean for the most part except the carpet, it was gross. The walls are thin and when room service started cleaning at 9AM, it was so noisy through the connecting room door. Side street parking wasn’t an issue, I just downloaded the app and kept adding time to it. It was better than looking for garage with parking available during Christmas market time. The train station was a three minute walk away if you don’t drive. Overall my stay was good.

Parking your vehicle to unload your luggage is terrible, no designated parking space for customers. Once your luggage is unloaded from your car you have to down a flight of stairs to the lobby. Elevator is only the size for 2 people and their bags. It's a old hotel and it's time to apply fresh bright paint or nice wallpaper in the hallways and replace the carpet. 4 star hotels are meant to be upgraded and beautiful. Location wasn't bad, as my wife and I walked downtown in only 15 mins.

This hotel is located outside of the old city, but walkable, about 20 min to the cathedral. Breakfast was amazing, staff was friendly, no traffic, no noisy and parking on street was easy.

This is a very lovely old world hotel in a charming quiet neighborhood and a 10 minute walk to Old Town. Room was large and very well appointed. Staff very helpful. We suggested to management to install a grab bar in the nice bath/shower to ensure safe entry and exit.
