"The staff was awesome and nice . Breakfast could have been better but I guess you get what you pay for but for the most part the rooms were nice and the staff were nice . I didn’t like how thin the walls are I could hear every conversations from the hall ways and ppl in their rooms which made it hard to sleep. Other than that for the price and location it was doable. Not much to complain about . Thanks for having clean rooms and nice staff . "

"Holiday Inn Express is our favorite chain of hotels. The customer service is always phenomenal. My son is in a wheelchair and the manager personally called me to make sure that the room I selected would best accommodate him. There were complimentary water and snacks at the front desk and there is always a delicious complimentary breakfast as well. Would recommend this hotel to anyone"

"The hotel was ok. Beds were comfy, showers were hot. Checked in and got our room, entered and it immediately smelled like wet dog, asked to change rooms. I asked if dogs were allowed and they said just service dogs. Hot tub was luke warm (which is the whole point I booked this one), pool was fine, only three towels and wash cloths in room (we have a party of 4), seems to be common at a lot of hotels which is frustrating. Rooms could have been vacuumed a little more, crumbs were on room floor,...
