"The stay at Balmoral was exactly what we needed. Clean and good facilities with a superb breakfast spread laid on and clear instructions throughout. Unfortunately we were doing a huge bike ride early on the Saturday morning and couldn’t take advantage of all of the food provided. The checking in and checking out process for us was ideal given our late arrival and early check out and took a lot of anxiety away from the whole ordeal. "The flat was lovely and roomy and the location was great. Loved the sea view. Just a couple of problems that stopped us giving full marks. The fridge had been left turned up high and had frozen over. In order to not have our food freeze we had to turn it down. It defrosted and we spent some time cleaning up the water.
