"Super liebe und nette Gastgeber. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit bzgl all unserer Bedürfnisse oder Fragen. Neben den Rentieren, und den Nordlichtern, war unser besonderes highlight der Haushund "Nalle". Neben der Gastfreundlichkeit konnten wir im "Spielraum" etwas Zeit verbringen, oder abends am Feuer. Das einzige Manko war, dass leider der Motor des whirlpools zu schwach war, um diesen aufzuheizen. "

"Only stayed for a night, but this place had everything we needed. It is close to the ferry port to Lyngseidet. Host was friendly and spoke enough English to accommodate us with our non-existent Norwegian. Dinner was nice and reasonably-priced, and breakfast was plentiful. Only thing to be wary is that the restaurant was open only until 6pm, but this may have been due to it being low season."

"Auf unserem Roadtrip von Tromsø zum Nordkap und zurück haben wir hier übernachtet. Von aussen wirkte das Haus in die Jahre gekommen, auf dem Weg die Treppe hoch hatten wir befürchtungen (Glasscherben) was uns innen erwarten würde. Allerdings wurden wir eines besseren belehrt, der Empfang war freundlich das Zimmer sauber, ruhig und bequem, das Frühstück am nächsten morgen war gut. Der Weg zum Hotelparkplatz hätte besser kommuniziert werden können, wir hatte zuerst vor dem Hotel am Hafen geparkt...

"Absolutely gorgeous house located in a quiet place with an amazing view. Has everything for great relaxing time away. Extremely helpful property manager. She could follow your car to the house or help you to organize some activities in the area. However, I would suggest to do your grocery shopping on the mainland since Island store has pretty limited options."

"Staying in this lodge is really a highlight of our trip to Norway. We are totally satisfied with the food, activity, people and environment. Inside the lodge, the amtosphere is very comfortable for guests to meet new friends. Highly recommend to everyone!"

"An igloo is always a treat - being out in nature without being out in harsh weather - and this one was warm, clean, comfortable, well-designed (especially the bath), and positioned for beautiful views of water and mountains. The host was attentive, and gave us ways to contact him if there were any problems. The only thing lacking (for us) were any sort of curtains for the central area. The bath was a totally enclosed room, and the bed could be enclosed in curtains, but the main area was...
