The hotel has free coffee,tea and water stations both in the lobby and on the ground floor of the new building. "This hotel says it is 4 star hotel. I would definitely not agree. The location is beautiful nature area near the water but the property is in serious need of attention. The immense amount of cobwebs in the pergola covered walking areas and dead vegetation in the gardens was frankly depressing and creepy. The carpet was in need of replacement 20 years ago easily. No A/C in Denmark is normal but what I don't understand is, if you KNOW everyone will have to open the windows, why wouldn't they have...

"Great property. Travelling from Canada, we drove from Copenhagen to Nyborg and decoded to stay here for the night. The staff was very friendly, offered to make us a reservation, and front desk is operational 24 hours a day. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. The wayer pressure in the bathroom was great and the body was really nice: wish i bought a bottle. No shampoo or conditioner. Shower was small but didn't matter to me. Dorect beach acces, great view of the belt...

However we are both in our mid seventies and have slight mobility issues and were offered a room on the first floor and there was no elevator so we had to carry our heavy suitcases upstairs ourselves. The receptionist was not very responsive when I asked if only upstairs was available but continued to just walk upstairs. The room was very adequate and we really enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant. Next day we needed to check out early to be able to return our rental...

It was obvious the rooms were in older buildings which meant you could hear the other guests in corridor. There was no kettle or tea/coffee things in the room something I would expect 4 star accomodation to have. Reception did lend us a kettle once we mentioned this. The restaurant serves excellent food at a 4 star accomodation...

"Das Objekt liegt ca 500m von der Ostsee entfernt. Ruhige, naturnahe Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr einfach ausgestattet, die Doppelbetten sind sehr schmal. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus mega verdreckt. Tote Fliegen, dicke Spinnenweben, unaufgeräumt und das Wohnzimmer mit überflüssigen Möbeln zugestellt. Die Toilette war verstopft und lief nicht ab. Durch unsere Beschwerde wurde dies nach und nach behoben. Die Dusche ist nicht nutzbar, ohne das komplette Bad unter Wasser zu setzen. Wir werden...
