"Pond cottage was ideallic, surrounded by beautiful countryside and gardens. The facilities were fantastic and the cottage well insulated. Ducks and geese were fun to watch and little squirrels hopping around the garden. "

"The property fulfilled all our needs. It was comfy and quiet. Unfortunately on the last night our car, with French registration, was scraped all along the side. Clearly, parking in a public square makes one more vulnerable to such incidents. In every other way the cottage was beautifully positioned close to the church, and not far from the pub and village shop. Although we had cold, grey weather, we enjoyed ourselves very much."

It is so spacious and comfortable - almost all the rooms are en suite, there are big rooms for all to gather to eat or play games or socialize, as well as spaces for folks to have quiet time. "Lovely double-height living area, enough room for a family of five for a week. Well-equipped kitchen, with slate floors throughout the downstairs. Nicely finished upstairs, although headroom is a bit tight in places. Good shower downstairs, but we did find the water was a bit too hot coming out of the taps, so we had to be careful, particularly with the kids, when washing hands etc. Upon arrival we felt that much of the kitchen stuff needed a wash before use, as it was a bit greasy. Is a peace of heaven on earth, and all the family members are kind , the house is clean , and have everything you need for sleep and stay, the only thing I missed is maybe a basics , like a little oil bottle, coffe, for example. But anyway are a lovely places around . We will come back for sure. "
