Originally built in 1890 as a carriage house, it has been extensively renovated in the past few years while retaining its quirks and history. Tucked back off the street, it’s surrounded by greenery giving you the ultimate privacy, while being in the heart of the boro. The large back yard and deck gives you space to stretch your legs and enjoy outside.

Quiet and enjoyable
Wonderful quaint place to explore and enjoy Stonington. Easy walk to restaurants, meander historic streets, and quick drive to Mystic. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and easy to find.

A wonderful stay!
This place was even better than the pictures! The location was perfect to walk to the restaurants and beach in Stonington. The house was clean, more spacious than we thought it would be, and the backyard/porch was a perfect place to hang outside!

Enjoyable stay
Would give 6 stars out of 5 for location. Very nice layout, relaxing setting, breathtaking views just down the road and if you run into a friendly tabby cat, her name is Fozzie.

We loved staying at this property, it is close to the Main Street in Stonington where you can walk around and it was only a 20 minute drive to Mystic. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Stonington Wedding Hideaway
My parents, sibling, and her family, and I had the pleasure of staying here prior to, and immediately after my wedding. This location was wonderful for walking to the café and other destinations in the village. Super easy check in and check out! Hope to stay here again!

Wonderful spot in the Borough!
We had a great stay at this property which is very conveniently located near the center of town. The property manager was incredibly responsive. Our kids could walk to camp at NESS. It is larger than it looks online and very comfortably fit our family of 5. We look forward to returning!

The home is lovely and very clean. The beds are all comfortable. We were able to check in early which was a bonus. Bennett responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. The location is a beautiful and quiet neighborhood.

Secluded in the Village
This place was great for a mixed bag of cousins staying for Christmas with family in the Village. It truly had the great "it's so much bigger inside than you would think from the outside" thing going on. Great kitchen I wished we used more. Super rental.

Charming Carriage Home in Beautiful Neighborhood
This beautiful, comfortable carriage house exceeded our expectations for a stay in Connecticut for a weekend wedding. My family (mom, dad and two college students) likes space to spread out and this gave us that and more. We all enjoyed the home and exploring the town of Stonington. It was so walkable. Bennett was a perfect host and very understanding of our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Really sweet property in the most adorable setting. Perfect for a short stay for our family of four. Love being able to walk everywhere, super quiet area, and close to beaches. We had zero issues for which we had to reach out to Bennett, however we ended up arriving super early and he was very quick to respond when I asked about checking in early. Thank you!!
