"I had a great experience at the Mercure hotel! Robin at the desk was welcoming and upgraded our room when he saw it was my birthday, along with complimentary drinks at the bar. The room was really clean and had a lovely view of the peace gardens. I would definitely recommend and stay there again."

Very central convenient to train station, shops Poundland, Sainsbury's local, b&m etc Plenty of takeaways places to eat we went to Wetherspoons for breakfast cooked brekkie £4.99. Cheap, clean, convenient "
