"It was convenience to downtown. It was right around the corner from PicPac. The price was good but there was some issues when we first got there. The heat wasn’t on and wven when it said it was it wouldn’t come on. I had to contact the property owner and the property opener said everything was good but after about 30 minutes of being there, some thing happening and it got turned on. It would’ve not of been a big deal but it was 50° outside. The hot water from the sink was leaking all over the floor and we didn’t know about it, although that would’ve not been been a big deal either if we had known about it. The back bedroom had no heat in it coming from the vent. The living room was converted into a bedroom so there wasn’t really any sitting area either, but it was right across the street from a Park so that was definitely a positive. Overall, it was a nice place to stay but bring your own cooking ware. "

"Staff was Kentucky friendly, professional & very helpful. Room was clean, bed & pillows first rate and comfortable. Morning free breakfast from 6 - 10 had all kinds of options - eggs, sausage, pancakes, a variety of cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit & juices. Great value for the price. "

"The location was great for walking to dining and local shops. Perfect for visiting LMU. The host was very helpful answering questions and informing us about activities close by. We even had a question about the house and he responded immediately. Great place to stay!"
