Welcome to Wine Trail Getaway! This inviting home is ideal for a family getaway, or group of friends, and comes complete with games for all ages, including a ping pong table and cornhole. The large, well-shaded yard has mature pecan trees in front and back, a gas grill, and a patio with a gas fire pit. Located in the charming town of Stonewall, just 15 minutes from Fredericksburg, it sits in the HEART of Texas Wine Country, close to Becker Vineyards, Hilmy Cellars, and Grape Creek Vineyards!

Situated on over 2.5 acres, this spacious home is just off the 290 Wine Trail. The home was completely remodeled in 2021 and offers a large kitchen with marble countertops, 2 dining areas, 3 traditional bedrooms, and a trundle daybed in the Gameroom with doors for full privacy as a bedroom. The farmhouse theme inside matches the cows that may wander up to the back fence or the neighboring chickens. Being in Stonewall, this home is also close to LBJ State Park, Blanco River, and Fredericksburg!

At the end of the day when the air cools a bit, saunter out to the backyard with your friends or loved ones and enjoy the inviting fire pit with your favorite glass of jammy wine, or fire up the BBQ grill and prepare a deliciously memorable meal!

Right off of the wine trail; Highway 290
Everything is as pictured. This is a nice-sized rural property with plenty of room for several guests. Three spacious bedrooms and two full baths are on one side of the home, and the fourth bedroom with a daybed, sofa, and ping pong table is next to the kitchen. This section has a convenient half-bath. The backyard is spacious and has several areas with chairs and tables. There are two dining areas and a comfortable living room. This home is about a 12-minute drive to the Walmart in East Fredericksburg. Cozi Vacation Rentals manages the property and are very quick in their responses.
