"Ser nette und zuvorkommendes Personal und Ehrlichkeit ist Groß geschrieben.. habe zu viel bezahlt und habe es nach dem genaueren ausrechnen zurück bekommen.. Sie hätten es auch unterschlagen können. "Hatte einen kostenlosen Parkplatz mit gebucht. Bei Anreise sollte er dann doch einiges kosten. Nach einigen Diskussionen bekamen wir den P dann doch kostenlos. Diese Diskussionen waren nervend und unnötig. Die Chefin war dann aber sehr freundlich."

"Haben für das Geld natürlich nichts großes erwartet, aber dort würden wir nicht noch einmal buchen. Es war so extrem laut abends, nach Toilettenpapier muß man nachfragen und für ein Hund ist es zum Gegensatz zum Menschen teuer. Kein deutsches Fernsehen. Das einzig Gute ist wirklich die Lage."

"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more...
