"Could not be happier with my accommodations! I would recommend this guesthouse without a doubt. It is beyond charming, modern farmhouse styled set on a river. The town is cute and has an outdoor market on Sunday’s. The room is clean, excellent quality bedding and towels. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nearby parks are beautiful. "

"Great little guest house, clean and very quiet location, yet an easy 10 min walk into town. Would have been better if pool was cleaned at least twice a week, they clean it on Monday, so by Saturday it was a little murky, but fine enough. And also provide additional garbage bags as you had to take out your own rubbish. "

"Excellent place. Great accomodating hosts. Away from chaos of central Byron but still only 5mins walk to town centre for bars and restaurants. Beach is rich across the road. Rooms in the house are all private but communal areas are really nice open and airy and pool is great. Highly recommend "

"Quiet location. Upgraded to larger room and very well worth it. Had a week long stay for a honeymoon and cannot fault any of the service or property at all. Very friendly on arrival and all throughout. Picturesque grounds. Stately, spacious and comfortable general living areas. Easy 15 minute drive to Byron. Already planning our next trip."
