"First time at the lincombe hotel. Its been a wonderful stay. From our initial registration to leaving today service and staff have been first class. Cleanliness perfect both the room and hotel in all locations. We're are so impressed we've booked a weeks stay in July. "

"Overall, our stay was great and we had a lovely time. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The only quibble was that our cream tea took 30 mins to get to us in the afternoon, and then our dinner took 1 hour due to some timing issues with a big table. However, the waitress was incredibly lovely and apologetic for the delay - in the end, our food and drink were all free due to the delay, which was appreciated. We loved the lounge area too, such lovely decor and the atmosphere was welcoming. Our room was slightly dated (furniture) but it served its purpose - the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was lovely and clean. We could hear quite a bit of noise from adjoining rooms (doors closing and voices) but luckily didn’t go on into the night and was very short lived. Overall, we would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay! "

"Hotel was a brilliant base for a short stay to visit family. Very evident that the owners have spent a considerable sum upgrading the hotel, in areas its modern clean and finished to a lovely standard. Some retro features like our room door lock still remain but ultimately don’t matter. Great staff, great breakfast each morning. Look forward to returning in the summer!"
