"We really enjoyed our time at the hotel and had a wonderful stay here - we're looking forward to coming back! "Really great staff. Never had poor service at a holiday inn. Kudos to a chirpy Ben on the morning shift. This is slightly dated hotel and the bathroom set up is unfriendly with a step into the bathroom and a huge step into the shower. The bed felt like a tiny double. It is conveniently located which is why it is so popular. Breakfast was a highlight, well laid out, plenty of space and fresh food "

"We had a lovely stay here and would return again. Staff were friendly, polite and attentive. There was a good selection for breakfast and all the meals we had during our stay was excellent. Our room was great, with a nice cosy theme. The bed was too firm for me and my partner, though that is down to personal preference and no fault of the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet location in lovely surroundings with plenty to do in the surrounding areas. Highly recommend staying here if you want to explore Dorset."
