The Space:
Barossa Homestead Tiny Home is set in the tranquil countryside of Stockwell, on the edge of Nuriootpa, just an hour’s drive from Adelaide. Nearby attractions include Barossa Bowland, the Whispering Wall, Barossa Farmers Market, and the World Famous Barossa Valley Wineries. Penfolds, Wolf Blass, Yalumba and Seppeltsfield are steeped in tradition and winemaking royalty and on your doorstep! These are just a taste of the many wonders awaiting you in this vibrant region.
The Tiny Home is ideally positioned on the southern edge of our picturesque farm, nestled beneath a peaceful eucalyptus canopy, offering stunning views of the neighbouring vineyard—an ideal backdrop for a restful getaway. Plus, we are located in the heart of the celebrated Barossa Valley, one of the world’s oldest wine regions.
This cosy 190-square-foot tiny home features a queen-sized bed in the loft, a sofa-bed on the ground floor, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with a gas stove, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower for hot water.

NOTICE TO ALL: Please note this tiny house is off-grid and runs on solar energy. During the day we encourage guests to conserve energy and use heating sources responsibly in the winter. Overall, minimal consumption is advised to prevent power outages.
