Newman House is the perfect location for both business and leisure trips in the North East. Sleeping eight guests across four cosy bedrooms, You'll have full access to the the home.

The spacious living room is the ideal place to kick back and relax in after a busy day out and about in the North East and watch your favourite shows in front of the 50inch flat screen smart TV or kick back with a book.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for your self catering stays with all new integrated appliances.

The property has four bedrooms, three of which are on the second floor and one on the top floor. The three on the second floor are all home to comfy doubles, one of which has the luxury addition of an en-suite. The top floor bedroom is home to twin single beds. All the beds guarantee the same premium bed linens and plush bedding to ensure that the whole party has the perfect nights sleep.
The main bathroom is also located on the second floor which includes a bath & over head shower, WC & basin.

There is a private garden to the rear which is free for guests to enjoy.

Situated barely 5 minutes walk from Stockton town centre and 10 minutes from Durham University Queens Campus Witton House is also 5 minutes drive from the A66 opening up Middlesbrough, Teesside and the wider North East.

The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A66 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions, close proximity to Teesside & Newcastle airport and the North Easts luxury wedding venues.

Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible as and as Superhosts we are both local and available 24/7 to help with any issues.
