"The man running the hotel was very rude. He tried giving us a dirty room. The beds were slept in, dirty towels in the bathroom, trash in the trash cans and dead bugs on the floor. The air conditioning didn’t work right and the people next to us said the same. This would be a gold mine if they had the right management and put new mattresses in. There’s absolutely no reason to treat your customers like this. Maybe saying hello and a smile on your face would help. "

"The bed was comfortable, thankfully. Fridge and microwave clean and workable. The room was spacious and carpet looked fairly new but the room smelled of old smoke. Shower was cold in the morning. Worst of all was the filthy, disgusting bedspread. Simply gross with who knows what spilled and stained on it. At least the sheets and blanket appeared clean, so we stayed (the only availability in town)."

"Very comfortable and cozy. Nice and relaxing and close to town. We were in town for rodeo finals so didn’t get to enjoy the lake or stay at the home very much but while we were there it was perfect "

"Cabin is part of a duplex and great for a short-term stay for 2. Little outdated but it's nice, clean and stocked for cooking. Large microwave. It is in a quiet subdivision and not far from Stockton Lake. Also, Pomme de Terre about 35-40 minutes away. There is construction going on across from cabin. Short road leading to driveway rather ricky."
