We really enjoyed the property in general and the hotel. The staff were what one would expect. So not above and beyond, about appropriately professional. Unfortunately, our bathtub was very slow to drain and there was a lot of dust in our room.

The hotel is hidden in an alley, and about 20 -25 min walking distance from the center. We enjoyed the breakfast, since it offered many options. The hotel also has a gym with sauna. We had two twin beds, but for me, the bed was not comfortable.

Fantastic location with beautiful views of Slussen (the lock between Baltic Sea and lake). We upgraded to the junior suite to have a room with a water view, and it was well worth the small fee. Breakfast was incredibly tasty: made-to-order omelette, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. I would certainly stay here again.

Get a room away from the 20-year construction
I had to move from my original executive suite as it overlooks a major construction site with cranes and machinery causing noise. I had to move to a larger suite with space I didn’t need for an extra $60/day. Shower pressure was almost nonexistent.

Nice hotel. Early check in. Good location except for the construction but that's not their fault. Wifi a little slow. Ordered room service if a Caesar salad and it didn't come with a glass of water or bread and it was 31€. A little steep for a salad. Overall a nice experience and I would stay again.
