Private: natural state property 4'500 m2, large garden with trees. Patio (24 m2), parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 7.4 km, supermarket 7.4 km, shopping centre 24 km, restaurant 7.4 km, bicycle rental 24 km, bus stop "Köpenhamn" 6.3 km, railway station "Gnesta" 24 km, sandy beach "Dammhagen" 6 km. Large, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Heating, electric heating, boiler (70 litres). Upper floor: (ladder) small sleeping alcove 12 m2 with 2 beds. Wooden floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Large terrace 24 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the lake, the countryside and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. TV via casting. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
