✔ Must shower with body wash before entering.
✔ Do not wear sunscreen prior to entering, this will cause imbalance in the water and can ruin the hot tub.
✔ Rinse your bathing suits before entering - sometimes sand gets into the bathing suit & can damage the hot tub jets.

✔ Always put the hot tub cover back on when not using the hot tub

▶Can I check in early?
Early check-in can be arranged depending on the cleaning schedule. We recommend scheduling a 4 PM check-in, but we’ll do our best to accommodate earlier arrivals.

▶Do you have luggage storage?
We do not have secure luggage storage on site.

▶Do you offer daily cleaning?
Daily cleaning is not offered, but we can arrange for it at an additional cost.

▶Do you replace towels and sheets?
We don’t typically replace towels or sheets during your stay, but we can schedule a light cleaning with fresh linens for an extra fee.

▶Do you replenish supplies?
We provide an initial supply of essentials to get you started. After that, you will need to purchase additional supplies.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire property, including the private pool (seasonal only) and hot tub (year round), ensuring a relaxing and secluded experience.

:::::::: ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME::::::::

Our property features a unique layout designed for comfort and convenience. The home has two bathrooms: one is shared between two bedrooms, requiring passage through one bedroom and bathroom to access the other. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with accordion doors, each furnished with a queen-sized bed.

:::::::: Pool & Property Maintenance::::::::

Pool Maintenance: A pool maintenance professional will be on the property to maintain the pool. They will not enter the home during this time.
Landscaping: A landscaper will be on the property to maintain the grounds. They will not access the home.
Visits & Property Access
We will always notify you in advance should there be any need to access the property, and no one will enter without your approval. The only exception is in the event of a fire or life-threatening emergency.

➔Change of Reservation Date
Please verify your reservation dates carefully. Any changes to your reservation must be requested at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. Requests made after this time will be automatically declined.

➔Guest Access
During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire home, ensuring your privacy and comfort.

➔Pet Stays
An additional $100 cleaning fee applies for guests bringing pets. This is a one-time fee for the entire stay, not per pet.

➔Wildlife
Our cozy cabin is nestled in the countryside, where nature thrives. As part of the experience, you may encounter some friendly wildlife, including bugs and other little creatures. While we do our best to keep them outside, a few may wander in. We recommend bringing bug spray to enjoy the natural beauty without discomfort. These critters are part of the charm, and we hope you enjoy your time surrounded by nature.

:::::::: HOT TUB USE GUIDELINES::::::::

GENERAL RULES:
Hours of Use: The hot tub is available for use between 8 AM to 10PM. Please respect quiet hours and our neighbors.
Maximum Capacity: The hot tub comfortably accommodates up to 5 people at a time.
Supervision: Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the hot tub.
Attire: Proper swimwear must be worn. No street clothes or sharp objects in the hot tub.
Food and Drinks: Please avoid bringing glassware into or around the hot tub area. Plastic or non-breakable cups are allowed, available in the kitchen for your use.

Safety Warnings

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS:
Pregnant guests, individuals with medical conditions (such as heart disease or high blood pressure), or anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs should consult a doctor before using the hot tub.
Temperature:
The hot tub is set to a safe temperature of 94-104°F.
Do not use the hot tub for more than 15–30 minutes at a time to prevent overheating or dehydration.
Slippery Surfaces: Use caution when entering or exiting the hot tub, as the area may be slippery when wet.

MAINTENANCE & CLEANINESS:
Shower Before Use: Please shower to remove oils, lotions, and dirt before entering the hot tub.
Cover: When not in use, please place the cover securely back on the hot tub to maintain cleanliness and temperature.
Prohibited Substances: Do not add any soaps, oils, or bath products to the hot tub, as they can damage the system.

REPORTING ISSUES:
Malfunctions or Problems: If the hot tub is not working properly or you notice any damage, please contact us immediately. Do not attempt to fix any issues yourself.
