"We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! All round good."

Es war in einem Zustand, dass wir erstmal eine Stunde geputzt und jedes Geschirr, das wir nutzen wollten, gespült haben. Die Spülarmatur war so wackelig, dass wir bei Nutzung Angst hatten, dass sie abfällt. Der Toilettensitz war ebenfalls locker und nicht selber festzuschrauben (was wir versucht haben). "The room is very fine: clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable. However, there isn't a single drinking glass in the whole room and that is very inconvenient."

"Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. The only downside, I am sorry to say, is the breakfast. On a Saturday morning it was chaotic with everything from bread to cold cuts and plain cheeses being gone. You had to ask for coffee mugs. "Awesome place, great breakfast. Beautiful area. The playground is fantastic and has a zip line. There is a rail connected right to the property. This is a can't miss for nature lovers and a great home base for exploring the Rhineland palatine area"

"Disappointed that the extra bed was not ready for us despite reception knowing that it was a room for 2 adults and a child at check in we had to go back to reception to get a child’s bed. The hotel says that children stay free, but that was not our experience as my friend had the room next door and she paid less using the same booking platform and we booked at the same time. "
