Insbesondere die Gastgeber sind herzlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können uns vorstellen wiederzukommen."

"Bien situé, dommage la maison est sympa mais devrais etre un peu plus entretenu, comme changer les cuvette des toilettes qui sont tres abîmé et du coup sent la pisse.... les transat des qu'on s'asseoir se casse ou se d'éclipse. A notre arrivé, il y avais des fourmis sur le mur, et elle nous dit la personne que c est envahi..... elle aurait pu mettre des bombe anti fourni a disposition car on était envahi partout..... dans les chambres ca monté sur les vêtements.... tres désagréable fallait...

Non ci sono state comunicati tutti i costi indiretti dovuti a prenotazione spiaggia La Pelosa e i posteggi a pagamento che equivalgono a 15 / 20 euro al giorno. Le altre spiagge libere sono piene di alghe e quelle a pagamento sono intorno a 35 euro giorno per un ombrellone e due lettini. Non ci sono grossi supermercati nei dintorni."

Leider ist die Unterkunft Teil einer riesigen, Anfang Oktober praktisch komplett ausgestorbenen Anlage ohne jegliche Infrastruktur. ALLES war geschlossen, zum Einkauf 8km mit dem Auto nach Stintino, ebenso zum Essen. "

"The property and house were very nice. When we first got there the humidity and temperature where uncomfortable but after the first day things got better. The master bedroom and bathroom are very nice with air-conditioning. The other bedrooms are in a basement area with 2 shared bathrooms . The bedrooms have no air-conditioning and if it's hot can be challenging . The owner met us and gave us some good information and said air-conditioning is on there list for installation soon. "Aucun N° pour trouver la maison, Le ménage est facturé 150 euros mais il reste tout a faire. Les poignées de portes sont a moitié cassées, sur le gaz, seuls 2 feux fonctionnent sur 5, un lit est envahi de fourmis. L'éclairage du living ne permet pas de voir ce qu'on mange le soir, les abattants des 2 wc ne tiennent pas, le bas des murs est moisis sur 20 à 30 cm, la baignoire est rouillée, interrupteur cassé, etc... rien n'est réparé ! Le gestionnaire n'a jamais voulu se déplacer pour constaté...

"The villa was not up to the standard I would expect at this price, the location was ok, but not good, very close to other villas, and if you like listening to parents screaming at their children in German all day then this is good for you. Very poor standard of decoration and fit, plumbing was substandard with a broken shower which we had to get fixed. Why it was not checked before we arrived I really don't understand. The decor is very poor, with numerous bits of wooden wall fittings hanging...

"Fantastic location for a relaxing few days. Fabiola was really helpful organising transfers to the port and checking on boat trips etc. The accommodation was simple but had everything we needed. Restaurant next door was delicious and friendly staff. Choice of local small beaches, or get the €1 bus to pelosa or the beaches by stintino. Can’t wait to go back again!"

"Apartment is very nice, spotlessly clean with outside space front and back. Sofa bed was very comfortable with a good mattress. Pool was nice and had a lifeguard on duty at the times specified. 5 min walk from the famous Spiaggia La Pelosa, just remember to bring Straw Mat or Microfibre Towel. Only negatives, quite noisy from adjoining apartments, no soundproofing and the area outside property is very run down, lots unfinished construction sites."
