This condo provides a comfortable living area and kitchen for up to 8 guests to enjoy. Each bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a very spacious closet space. The living room and two of the four bedrooms have TVs. It is very close to campus with just a 5-10 minute walk to Boone Pickens Stadium, Gallagher-Iba Arena, Eskimo Joe's and many other local attractions. The community offers a pool and outdoor grills for our guests, along with 4 spots in the parking garage. Whether you're here to cheer on the Pokes or simply to enjoy Stillwater, it's a great location with everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Great place to stay for an OSU game
My 17-year old son, two of his friends and myself stayed here for the weekend of the Arkansas vs OSU game. We were minutes away from the stadium and as soon as we walked out of the condo/parking area, there was tailgating from there all the way to the stadium. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The parking garage was a little trashed up after the game, as I assume, college kids threw left over trash/cans as they walked through. No big deal really though. The parking is a little tight in a full size truck/SUV, so be prepared for that. All things considered, this is a great place to stay and was just a reasonable, pricewise, as getting a couple hotel rooms.
