Open concept floor plan decorated in white wash beach theme really sets the lake mood. Complete with granite, full loaded kitchen, fireplace, TV w/Dishnet, full bath with 60 inch shower all before you even hit the stairs to the loft. The queen pillow top bed views straight out the patio doors capturing that lake scene as soon as your eyes open. Jacuzzi tub adds to the relaxing bedroom atmosphere, complete with robes.. Step onto the patio full of comfortable furniture to watch the sunset or view the stars. Feel a sense of security with storm shelter on site. My New Frequent Getaway
Words cannot describe how much I enjoyed staying here. From day one, the communication was very prompt and informative. Everything appeared just as the pictures showed in the listing. Very clean!! I even brought items that were already provided. I will definitely be making my rounds to experiencing the other listings that Deb Parry has for Calico Heights. I am making it a habit where I do a self-care trip 4 times out of the year and this will definitely be one of my regular stays. By the way, the view is amazing!!

Anniversary Getaway
The owners went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend. We walked into a beautiful cabin that was clean and welcoming. There was a folder with all the information you need about surrounding area shopping, restaurants, hiking, and water sport options. We chose to rent one of the pontoon boats for half a day and we should have rented it the whole day as that’s how much fun we had! The boats are beautiful and the owner made sure we knew everything we needed to before we left the doc. We also took the provided kayaks out and fished around the lake. The owner showed us some areas to find bait fish and even caught some for us. We had such a good time relaxing together and being on the lake. Thank you to the Parry’s! You guys know how to welcome guests.

Beautiful Digital Detox
Our stay was wonderful, but renting the pontoon boat is what really made this a five-star experience. The location is secluded and quiet with a wonderful sunset view from the balcony. I think trimming the trees around the property would go a long way toward improving the already impressive view. You'll take some long dirt roads to get to the cabin and to the dock. Four-wheel drive isn't necessary, but maybe leave your Audi at home. The wi-fi is nearly non-existent, I got better results just using cellular and there are no premium movie channels. It's been many years since I've had to watch regular TV and commercials. I should have downloaded some movies before my trip. Lastly, as I mentioned before, renting the pontoon boat is a must. The charge for a half or full day pontoon boat is extremely reasonable, the dock is a quick and easy drive, and check-in and out was a breeze. We've already shared our experience with others along with an easy recommendation to book here anytime you need a lake getaway.
