"We stayed last week for 2 days in the Luxury Suite. The good things were its beautiful, isolated location, a stunning view from the vanishing edge pool, and the beautiful grounds. The suite was very spacious with a private outside sitting area. The bad thing was the non-functioning air conditioning. The outside temperature was 92F, and inside it could not get cooler than 85F. The airco came repeatedly on for 10 seconds and then shut off for a minute, while the air coming out wasn't even cold....

"An amazing building, a modern renovation respectful of its past. Patricia was a patient and attentive host who went out of her way to please. You need to be fit to climb the stairs but it’s all part of sharing in the heritage of this building/school/home. The town is small and has the characteristic steep lanes. We’d recommend finding a spot the locals gather and getting to know a bit about life from their perspective. We’ll be recommending this one to our friends. "

"A great location, close to the city wall, historic town hall, and cathedral, but also on a quiet street with a good cafe on the corner. The proprietors were such nice people and very helpful. The room was large and had an excellent bathroom. Breakfast was European buffet style. Will certainly try here first when we return to Grosseto. "

Pur essendo formalmente un b&b nessuno vi abitava e la persona è arrivata alle 8,30 e servito la colazione molto lentamente."

"We (family of four, 2 teenagers) had a great stay at Luca's appartment. Due to the Corona pandemic, we were not sure, if we really should travel. But Luca showed great flexibility and we were very happy, that we decided to go. The appartment was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. "We verbleven met 2 gezinnen in de 2 huisjes. Huisjes, 1 authentiek Toscaans en 1 nieuw huisje met gezamenlijk zwembad. Sfeer is heel fijn, eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij zorgt er voor dat we ons meteen welkom voelden. Prachtig uitzicht op het Toscaanse landschap. Lekker eten in het locale restaurant van Linda. Voor boodschappen of verkennen van de omgeving is veel tijd nodig, gezien de locatie ver van de bewoonde wereld af ligt. Met de auto is het prima te berijden. Rome bezocht...
